WM Douglas Property Management Company

My community has had William Douglas for over 5 years and the service has been excellent. Our property managers have been very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to HOA management and also any City ordinances that affected our community. The record keeping of the community files/records has also been a major plus. The management fee is fair and definitely a bargain for the services that are provided. I would highly recommend William Douglas to any HOA that wishes to maintain its value and homeowner involvement.

If you are looking to hire HOA management, stay away from William Douglas. Youbare better off flushing your money down a toilet, you will actually witness something happening to your money. The customer service is the worst you can find. If there was an award for worst customer service they would definitely win. If you ever get someone from this HOA to email you back, they will just repeat the same lies of "we will get it fixed, we will get someone out there, we were told it was fixed." It's like a copy and paste method of their excuses they are sending to everyone in my subdivision. They will be getting nice lawsuit from us soon. Stay away from this company.

They where the worst. Never getting anything done You can call and call taking a snow job but all they want is the money. Then I had a real question how many people have all your yearly bills in .00 My community did. And no explanation. We got rid of these company. ( BEING NICE) If they are managing your community ask to see what bills they are paying and compare to the annual report they sent out. I'm not saying anything YOU DO THE MATH !!!

This is a Company that is very knowledgeable and their level of professionalism is above reproach. They answer questions and work well with the HOA Board of Directors in allowing the HOA to run very smoothly and efficiency.. They are the worst Management Company ever. We have been with them for 2.5 years. We have had 3 PM within those 2.5 years. They're the worst at enforcing the covenant or drive through reports. The drive reports will be sent out 2 or 3wks later. They will not collect on delinquent accounts. Run for the hills, don't hire this Company.
