Wise Rentals

We’ve been renting a home that this company manages(owns?) for a few years now and have had a great experience. Any issues we’ve had, we’ve put into the app and have had communication within a day. Our fridge stopped cooling and they sent a repairman to fix it. We had to wait a bit but that’s because the fridge was under warranty and we had to work with their availability. A piece of wood on our porch broke, they had someone out within the week to fix it. Our furnace started acting up the week before this most recent snow storm and they had an HVAC company out here several times to make sure it would be fixed (ended up getting replaced completely) before the storm hit! Rented from them for 3 years, maintenance was always months later (if they even showed up) everyone running the place is very unprofessional and extremely hard to get ahold of half the time they answer the phone and hang up. During a heavy storm we had water pouring through the light fixtures and the smoke detectors. When we asked about what they wanted us to do they just told us to make sure they still worked and if they did then they weren’t going to do anything After they fixed the roof for the 2nd time they wouldn’t make sure there wasn’t mold in the attic from all of the water in the insulation there is probably more but that’s the biggest things we encountered renting through them.

I got behind on rent. I paid everything. The same day that they filed the satisfaction of judgement. They filed a new eviction for breach of lease. They got the money and still kicked me out. Never fixed the shower, fridge or finished the floor trims. Worst company with communication ever in my life. Now it’s miserable for me to find anywhere else to live due to this company b

Wise leasing sucks. I lived at bear crossing, they never fixed anything and everything was old, moldy, and broken. They would blame everything on us when in reality they were too lazy and cheap to properly fix things. I texted Jamie multiple times about things that were broken or gross. There were bugs coming into my room because the sealing in the window was leaking and rotting. I know there had to be a mold infestation in there from the leaks. Our dryer was broken for MONTHS, our dishwasher was so disgustingly moldy when we moved in, and our garbage disposal and sink would clog almost every day. They would blame those things on us but it was like that since the DAY we moved in. After getting my security deposit back, they took $300 for cleaning and repair but I bet you things are STILL

I'd give negative stars if I could. We rented an old house in Crane, MO (about 45 minutes from Springfield). First day we moved in there were tons of leaves and trash everywhere (after they said they'd clean it). We spent hours cleaning this neglected house. Over the six months of horror living in this house, the mold smell became much more obvious and started effecting our health. We reached out to the landlord many times and he said "maintenance has emergencys todays, maybe next week." Only way we were able to get anything done was by threatening to hire a lawyer when our fridge went out for 2 weeks and sue for inhabitable conditions (we regret not doing that now). When maintenance finally did show up, they worked on the roof, which then led to the discovery that there were tons of leaks
