Project management is awful. Expect 15-30 minute delays in your commute due to poor traffic management. They often tear up multiple sections of road at a time. Leaving dirt and gravel residue to be slung into your windshield on your next drive. Usually job sites are 3 dudes working while the rest hold up shovels and bedsides of their work trucks. Not timely, not well organized.
Most disorganized mess I’ve experienced trying to drive home.
