My residency at 386a Chauncey Street exposed me to the workings of Wei Chen, a member of the Winzone Realty team. Wei Chen consistently engaged in fraudulent behavior during my tenancy, offering promises of structural repairs that remained unfulfilled. It is noteworthy that the building's physical condition posed a health risk to all occupants, demonstrated by a dangerous incident involving a fellow tenant. The commitment to install security cameras was another promise that dissipated without realization. The worst real estate agency I have ever experienced. The started out being slow to respond to requests, then progressed to coercive behavior, attempted trickery and now outright fraud. Avoid them at all costs.
