Larvine Harris, leasing consultant, assisted us throughout the entire process: online application, signing documents, using online payment, orientation on move in and in general whenever we had a question or needing help accomplishing.

Winterthur is a great place to leave.The rooms large especially the living room .The only thing I would suggest is, if possible visitors parking space should not need parking sticker during day time.

Very kid friendly. The only thing I have a problem with is the parking. Imagine coming home after a long day, and you’re stuck looking for parking. That is everyone’s reality here. The parking situation is horrible. They won’t hesitate to tow you. It’s kinda hard to get in touch with the office since it seems like only 1 person works there. It’s $100 for a visitor parking pass.. seems a little ridiculous but🤷🏻‍♀️ they also recently changed out all of the washers and dryers.. to ones that are smaller and more expensive. But hey, you can now reload your laundry card on your phone :) , with that being said, it was the cheapest apt we could find in the area, so I’ll be renewing my lease. Hopefully they don’t keep on raising the prices to everything.

Don’t be fooled by inexpensive rates.Management is horrible and useless… specifically the manager Lucinda and Larvine.They say one thing but then turn around and say something completely different that contradicts what they said in the first place.They don’t know what they’re doing. They want you to sign and put over 1,000 dollars down before seeing any type of unit probably because it has roaches like past reviews have claimed . Stay away .

I ve lived here for 2 years and I just signed a new lease that says a lot about the place and management. They keep the place orderly and enforce the rules and regulations to keep the place clean, orderly and well maintained. So far it’s been a good experience.
