In August 2024 we listed our home with Betty Green at Wintergreen Real Estate. Betty immediately began working with us to list our home for the best market price. She guided us through the process and scheduled showings and open house days. Unfortunately, that September, the entire area had two solid weeks of heavy rain, and our crawlspace (along with many others) was flooded, and the HVAC sustained some damage.
