Question is it legal or Safe to give Personal documents to People that Work for Winn total Strangers without even seeing the Apartment? I had Many Apartments and Never had to give my Social or Birth Certificate, Shouldn’t the ID be Good Enough? With All the Corruption going around I’m Concern, Please explain

My 86 year old mother lives in 550 Lofts.. has been without a doorbell for the past 3 months.. we have reported over 3 times and was told by office staff they did not have anything to do with it.. and for 3 months my mother has to walk to the door anytime someone comes to visit. Today I go into the office greated rudely by property manager Antoinette Lurther, and told we have never reported it. It's so sad and concerning how they treat my elderly mother. This past Thanksgiving my mother didn't have a working stove for months and only after I reached out to corporate office, was that they fixed my mother's stove. Lack of communication, gives false information to tenants and doesn't protect private information of tenants.

This company does nothing to help the Elderly they live with bedbugs cockroaches under HORRIBLE most die in their beds & this company does NOTHING to help For Example SABRINA@10 pavilion Ave long branch Nj watches as the bugs crawl the walls while she smokes marijuana in her office!

As a Real Estate professional, I DO NOT recommend Winn Companies. I was staying at one of their locations during a divorce and was infested with cockroaches. I couldn't buy out of my lease for 10k, they laid down traps and accused me of lying. Management was so awful and demeaning. Other folks in the building had the same problem but a lot of them rely on a voucher program and were afraid to lose their housing. It's truly an awful company that is portraying they are helping people in need, but in reality it's for the money and tax breaks.
