Windtree Apartments

I haven’t been here long but within the few months that I have been, there has been problem after problem. First week I moved in there was a leak that soaked the whole hallway floor following that centipedes have been everywhere in the apartment and now there has been a found infestation within my apartment and they won’t replace the cabinets that is sunken in at the bottom and warped on the sides. After my lease is up I may not renew at all.

Increased rent and did less for us than previous management like replacing air filter or batteries in the AC Thermostat. Car break ins are a regular occurrence and instead of doing something effective like cameras or a gate they created a "community watch" to save money. Perfectly fine complex but be aware what youre signing up for.

Raya receives a 5 star rating from me. I've lived here 2 years and she is always knowledgable and friendly. She recently helped me move withint the Windtree Apt complex. She answered all of my questions and issues. Working with Raya is always a pleasant experience.

I love everything about my apartment complex so far. Management is very knowledgeable and friendly, and maintenance seems to be professional. I've only been here a little over a week.But so far so good.

Visited Windtree Apartments recently, and was impressed with the friendly nature of all the staff and the cleanliness of the unit. Unit was freshly re-modeled and the attention on the kitchen and bathrooms really came out nice. Grounds were well kept and maintained, loved the Dog park which seemed very convenient, Pool was big and would provide alot of space for events, volleyball court, playground and BBQ grills would be great this summer..
