Windsor Westminster Apartments

Loann is so lovely. Met Loann nearby my apartment and she helped bring a item that was really heavy to my apt on the second floor and again she rescue me when I need to find a copy of my DL that I lost and print a copy for me. Very appreciative of her help. I was thinking of transferring to another apt. and Megan was here to navigate my transfer request. Love the new team at Windsor Westbridge.

I moved out of Windsor Westminster Apartments in early 2025 and couldn't be happier for leaving. My partner and I first moved into this complex in early 2023 when it was still Altitude Westminster. Aside from the absurdly thin floors between units, we didn't have many issues. The office management was awesome. Then Windsor took over the property and things started to go downhill. The windows in the units are so old and have exposed metal frames so in the winter there would be ice buildup that would then melt and damage the window ledges (and create mold). Our water heater went out multiple times and was leaking. We called the emergency maintenance number because it was after hours and it took the maintenance worker, who lives on the property, multiple hours to come to the unit (and multi

I have lived here for over three years and it wasn’t until Rachel, the assitant started working here have I really enjoyed living here. she is always there to get things done and I have to ask her one time and she does it I really appreciate her and she works hard and very personable. She always seems very busy, but always there to help me.

I submitted a maintenance request for a few issues — my washer was shaking and making noise, the hall cabinet door hinge was broken, and my refrigerator’s ice maker wasn’t working properly. Evan from the maintenance team came and fixed everything quickly and efficiently! He was professional, friendly, and got everything working perfectly within minutes. I moved into Altitude (Now Windsor) Westminster November 17th, 2022, much like a lot of the reviews the property is gorgeous and vibrant and amazing to tour, but that's as far as it goes. Upon moving in we already had issues cosmetically with our unit, just ranging from simple chips and scratches of the cabinets and drawers (please ask to check your exact unit before you actually move in if possible instead of just the model used for tours) to a patio storage closet filled with broken wood beams and loose screws and nails. I also want to add that the master bedroom belonging to my roommates had half of the closet spacing missing that we saw when we originally toured because apparently the older units have some structural issues and their closet happened to have an entire fireplace in it th
