I had an amazing experience with the property manager Qui. It is very refreshing to meet people that still have excellent customer service skills and value their residents. Looking forward to a great time residing here at Windsor Shores. Keep up the good work!!!

Do not move out here the apartments are old they don’t want to update anything my whole apartment building has gnats for about 2weeks now they don’t want to get the apartments sprayed I had to throw all my food away and they don’t want to replace it they changed people in the office like they changed their panties. That’s how you know when places not right

Stay far FAR away. Untreated black mold in air ducting. Made me very ill and no attempts to clean the mold. Instead maintenance put new face plates on vents instead of cleaning. In addition to that, if you work from home or have any kind of request from maintenance, don’t expect them to respect it. No scheduling a time to perform maintenance, instead they just bang and bang on your door (while I’m working in a video conference) and once I let them in, they were loud and shouting while I was trying to work from home. They were just replacing the vent plates, not traditionally a 3 person job that required shouting to get the job done. I made many requests to schedule a time, even had a discussion with the previous property manager ( she’s no longer there/ turnover was very high in my 12 mon

The walls are sooo thin I can hear the upstairs tenant snoring at night and when that's not going on he's playing ball with his mangy dog,it would seem he'd get a house with a yard if that's what he wants to do, mind you this is at 10: 00 pm. There is no quiet enjoyment which South Carolina starts at 10 but the lease says 11:00 pm it would seem to me the lease would comply with state laws instead of making it up as they go. I was told to contact the RCSD when the noise occured again but they didn't even come out they CALLED me back and said that even if they HEARD the noise it's up to the leasing office. So let the games and lawsuits begin if I don't get sleep they don't get sleep. I have severa lhealth conditions and will Not give up my health mental health or peice of mind to stay here.

I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. I have been here nearly 4 years and have never once been satisfied with how a maintenace request has been handled. If I’d only had one or two things go wrong, maybe it wouldn’t matter but I have had roughly 2 dozen issues since being here. To name a few: dishwasher flooded my and neighbors apartments… they came to check for the leak and reported no leak had been found (THE WATER HAD BEEN TURNED OFF TO THE MACHINE when it flooded… like??? How dumb can you be). A new dishwasher was not installed for a few months after that and took several reminders from me to have it done. I have had 3 heavy leaks coming from various places in the ceiling… they always took DAYS to get out and check, and even if they fixed the leak they left my belongin
