Windsor Queen Anne

Windsor Queen Anne has been such a lovely experience. My boyfriend and I moved in a month ago and we keep finding little things throughout the apartment complex that we love. The hallways always smell clean and fresh, the gym has everything you could ask for, and the rooftop is gorgeous! Plus, it’s super close to Safeway, so many delicious small businesses, and Climate Pledge Arena! Any time we have a question, Shamaar and Kendra are always quick to respond and have treated us with so much kindness. We’re super happy we get to call this our home.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Windsor Queen Anne. The staff is truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and always responsive. The move-in process was seamless, which made settling in so much easier. Maintenance is available 24/7 and quick to address any needs, which adds a lot of peace of mind. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with some offering stunning views of Puget Sound. The community amenities are top-notch, including stylish club rooms, a well-equipped gym, secure parking, and a terrace with incredible views. The building also feels extremely safe, with fob access required for elevators and every entry point. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live—comfortable, secure, and thoughtfully managed. Highly recommend!

Kendra has been an absolute gem since day one of the move-in process. She’s incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond, truly my go-to person for anything I need. Her warm and professional support has made this place feel like home. Shout out to Vince from the maintenance team as well. Brando always greets me with kind words! Every time I came back to a note from Vince saying things were taken care of, it gave such a comforting feeling. He does a fantastic job and it shows. A huge thank you to Kendra for always being on top of scheduling and following up on requests. Your care and dedication really make the Windsor community special. It’s only been a month since I moved in, but the experience so far has been amazing, thanks to both of you for making it feel like home far away

Everyone was great when my microwave broke and had to be replaced — all taken care of as fast as possible. I especially appreciated Brando making sure the giant unit was fully installed correctly!

Update 3/7/2022 The two stars are based mostly on the owners raising the rents so much that many people including myself had to move out. Review not based on staff they are all awesome! I was hesitant to post this but I know multiple people and other reviewers who had similar negative experiences. Moved out in January due to over 15% ($400+) rent increase and parking increase. Aware of 3 other neighbors who had extreme rent increases. One of them actually moved then found the unit being offered for less.. Found a place nearby that has just as much space a better view and almost the same amenities for less. You will be paying an extra few hundred dollars per month for amenity access and the owners MO is to increase the rent considerably after your first year. Moving isn't fun but it'
