Windsor Preston Apartments

I’ve been living here since October, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. From day one, the leasing staff have been incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Anytime we’ve needed maintenance, the response has been quick and efficient, which really shows how much they care about their residents. I’ve had very few issues since moving in, and I couldn’t be happier to call this place home!

First off, the trash situation is disgusting. The trash rooms are perpetually overflowing, and the valet trash service is a pathetic joke. I’ve put my trash out during the designated times only to find it still sitting there hours later. It’s a health hazard and completely unacceptable. The mail room is a chaotic disaster zone. After having a package stolen, I reported it to management, assuming they’d take action, especially since they had already acknowledged similar thefts and sent out a emailed notice pertaining to a specific tenant’s stolen package. But no, they did nothing. The walls are paper-thin, so you’ll hear every little noise listening to upstairs neighbors dragging furniture around at all hours or vacuuming at 6 AM and daily knocking on doors at assuming they’re waking some

My experience has been excellent from start to finish. The office staff is consistently helpful, and Nick made my move‑in process incredibly smooth. I would also like to recognize the maintenance team—Adrian, Hector, and Jhonathan—who keep the property in outstanding condition and always greet my family and me with a warm, friendly smile.

This apartment is absolutely poorly built — the ceiling is so thin that I can hear everything from upstairs. The tenant in 2015 has been an absolute nightmare. Here’s just a sample of the noises you can hear even at 11:15 p.m.

⭐ 1/10 — Extremely Disappointing Leasing Experience at Windsor Preston My wife and I were actively looking to move into a two-bedroom and spoke at length with Shane from the Windsor Preston leasing office on Monday. We discussed our specific needs, our budget, and what we were looking for in a home. Shane spent time finding an apartment that seemed like a great fit, and I made it very clear that we planned to make a decision within the next day. The following morning, I reached out with a few final questions before submitting our application. My call went to voicemail. I tried calling again later in the afternoon and once again reached voicemail. I left two voicemails expressing that we were ready to move forward — and we still have not received any follow-up at all. For a leasing offic
