This property is convenient to the east Memphis area. It's always well kept . Gated community and the new property manager is so down to earth helpful and eager to welcome new tenants .Tell her I said hi when you get there . Of course I had to take a snap of the units while I was stopping bye .love the neutral colors of this property too..

I lived here 3 years ago. I stayed here 2 years. During my time it was wonderful. Mostly fedex employees or older people stay here. Its also easy to miss the entrance because stores and houses are around it. I liked the fact is was kind of out of people view. It was never crime because the older neighbors are nosey something that didnt bother me. Maintenance always fixed any issue I had within a day. Also, the manager is very sweet she tries her hardest to work with tenants until she cant. I only wish I could move back.

Initially everything was great but during a hard freeze at the end of the year in 2022, many pipes burst and because I lived on the first floor I received the bad end of the stick. About 75% of my belongings were ruined. Although I was paying for insurance through the apartment I was not able to file a claim because the manager said the company deemed it as an "act of God". The apartment ceiling fell and there was a lot of mold and mildew. The repair was not properly done considering the amount of water that damaged the apartment. Save yourself the time and don't come here.

I've been here a few months. I love my apartment for the price. It's quiet, clean with plenty of parking. Everything is walking distance.
