There are better co-ops around. There are always heat issues installation of new doors and windows are causing major damage to apartments that the corrupt co-op board is making shareholders pay out of pocket for. Electrical wiring is so old it is a fire waiting to happen. The co-op board has made some very expensive costly bad decisions where money could of been spent otherwise. The pest control guy is a rude son of a B**** WHO TRAPS AND KILLS SQUIRRELS that are out on the ground looking for nuts. Property manager is terrible she has been here about a year and already so many people want to see her gone. when you have issues it falls upon deaf ears the board returns no calls. If you want to buy a coop. DO NOT COME TO HERE!! It’s full of weed smell and bugs(water bug, spider, bee and many more I don’t know what it is). Not baby and children friendly as people expected!

Constantly rasing prices and forcing you to buy random shit for your condo with threats of fine/charges if you do not comply

Called numerous time and left messages for my elderly mother who lives there needed assistance. Two weeks later still no reply. Have called and left messages numerous times. What a disgrace.

Management is horrible, luckily it is changing and hopefully the property manager will really do something good for the tenants
