quit lying to innocent people about this property. IF YOU WANT TO KILL MICE & OTHER CREATURES DAILY RENT HERE. the best thing that can happen to this property is it be condemned…..IT IS ALL A LIE….. no matter what color they paint those filthy walls or cover a pothole the truth still remains that these apartments are RAGGEDY AND TRASHY. they are going to slap paint & silicone mixture over mold/mildew & gaslight you into thinking your the problem. mangers, workers/maintenance WILL not fix anything in your unit or around the place. TIMES maybe rough for you but please save your $$ and headaches for something else!!!!!!! the gym isn’t open for ppl when they get off at 5pm, security lets accidents happen, someone got shot a few months ago.. they keep selling/changing owners like that makes

This is an apartment from hell ! let me just start with management , they are the worst they don’t take complaints seriously , maintenance does not fix anything we’ve been without a working dish washer , thermostat and we’ve been sharing an appt with MICE since we moved in !! They ate through $100+ worth of groceries and management has done absolutely nothing ! , then let’s talk about rent we’re paying $1500 in an appt that cost $1095 we’ve asked why it keeps going up and they say it’s a billing question yet no one answers the phone to speak with billing , then moving on we’ve taken the liberty of speaking with other tenants , 6 units worth of people are moving out simultaneously! including us ! I’d WARN anyone before moving into these apartments to please think twice actually think about

I had such a wonderful experience with Denice during my visit to Windsor Manor Apartments! From the very beginning, she greeted us with a warm smile and such a welcoming attitude that immediately made us feel comfortable. Denice went above and beyond to make sure we got a full understanding of what the community has to offer. She didn’t just show us one apartment—she took the extra time to show us two different units, making sure we could compare the layouts and find what would best fit our needs. Her customer service was truly outstanding. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional, answering every single question we had with detail and honesty. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find a home they’ll love, not just making a sale. I really appreciated her kind

great service! All the staff were nice, the property is lovely and so are the apartments. It’s almost like I can live without any problems, best apartment I’ve ever lived in yet! I’d recommend to everyone and all my friends.

My apartment is full of mice. There are mice all over my apartment🐀🐀🐀🐀.For the past 3 months, maintenance repeatedly cleans the pool area by blowing all leaves and debris directly to the front door of my apartment. Instead of removing the debris, they simply relocate it to residents' entrances. I have reported this issue verbally to management multiple times, but it continues to happen every week without any correction. Management appears unwilling or unable to properly supervise their staff. This is not just poor service - it shows a lack of respect for residents and basic property maintenance standards. I would strongly advise potential renters to think twice, especiall if they value cleanliness, accouny, and responsive management.
