Windsor Ludlam Trail Apartments

My wife and I recently moved into Windsor Ludlam, and we genuinely could not be happier with our decision. From the very beginning, the entire experience has been smooth and welcoming. Melanie was incredibly efficient, responsive, and professional throughout the leasing process. She made everything feel easy and organized, which took so much stress out of moving. The rest of the staff has been just as helpful and kind, always approachable and quick to assist with anything we need. The building itself is impeccable. I’ve been living here for about 2 and a half months now and I absolutely love it! I live with my boyfriend 2 dogs and 2 kids and the experience so far has been perfect! The upstairs pool is gorgeous we’re always there and the gym is soo nice! Kristen is one of the members of the team downstairs and she always helps us with whatever we need when we need it. I immidiately loved her personality and knew this place would be a good fit for us. Family friendly and dog friendly as well! The other tenants have been very nice to us as well. 10/10 would recommend moving here :)

5/5 Stars! For sure just love living here! I pay almost $4k in rent for a 2/2, not given anymore parking spaces for the garage because we’re forced to either pay $10/day for visitor parking or get lucky in getting 1 out of 13 free parking spaces outside the building with 6 of them being taken up by a vehicle shop across the street that has a parking lot of their own!! One time, I had to pay the $10/day for a whole month and had to spend in total about $4.1k because I couldn’t get a free parking spot despite the fact that I live here! Would highly recommend this place if you love gambling for parking spots and spending an absurd amount of money!

From the minute I walked into the leasing office I was greeted with a big smile from a friendly resident! And he introduced me to Angela. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I loved everything I saw and immediately decided this was my new home. It’s such a dog friendly community that I felt the need to get a dog and he is loved by all and loves to play with his friends in the dog park. We love visiting the girls in the leasing office because they are always excited to see us! Extremely happy to live here!

After living here for a year, I have just happily renewed my contract again. The staff is very responsive, the amenities are beautiful, the apartments are modern & comfortable. The overall buildings are well taken care of & clean. I have truly enjoyed living here.
