Windsor Lake Apartments

I’m excited to be moving into my new apartment at Windsor Lake! Latisha with management has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her kindness, professionalism, and consistent communication made me feel valued and supported from the start. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure everything went smoothly. Her helpfulness made choosing Windsor Lake over three other complexes an easy decision, and I’m confident I made the right choice.

My family and I have lived here for about a year and a half now. Started in a two bedroom now currently in a three! For starters the office staff is amazing. Megan provides exceptional customer service and doesn’t stop until it’s perfect! Teriny started just after our transfer to our three bedroom and is so wonderful! Both are amazing at their jobs and have set the bar pretty high for us honestly. We are so happy to call windsorlake our home for the short time we’re in Virginia :)

In my experience this place is great. Neighborhood is relatively quiet, lots of shops near by, the ladies in the office are always so welcoming and answer your questions to the best of their ability. Not too far from the base for any military personnel looking to rent. Any complaints I have is just what comes with living in an apartment, not to many parking options and every once in a while you’ll hear a neighbor through the wall but regardless, they really treat you well here. I have enjoyed my stay here, and if I choose to return it would be a pleasure.

Windsor Lake Apartments is a phenomenal choice! Not only are these apartments spacious, they are in the PERFECT location! You are about 5 minutes away from everything! It’s AMAZING! There is so much extra parking for your guests, you have 1 assigned parking spot, and they have a spot for you to wash your car. You get both a patio and a balcony, it is animal friendly, they have a private fishing lake, an amazing pool, and an in unit washer and dryer. The amount of natural light in these apartments is magnificent , and the management team are INCREDIBLE! Don’t even get me talking about their safety! I have had to leave for weeks at a time due to my job and my packages arrive and sit outside of my door for the entirety of the time! When I come home they are still there untouched! What more

I have been a resident of Windsor Lake Apts for the past 7 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The office staff are kind and very helpful. The entire team at this complex, from Maintenance to Management, have always responded promptly to any and all requests/issues that may arise. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located. I plan to stay here for many more years, as it is more than an apartment, it is HOME. I am a lifelong resident of VA Beach and have resided in many other Apartment communities. This one is hands down the best out there. I highly recommend Windsor Lake Apts!
