Windsor Kennesaw Apartments

Jordan was so helpful with my husband and I giving us a tour to search for the peferct apartment for my 87 year old Mother. We were looking for one with a woodsy balcony view and one that was stairless. She was the sweetest person and very helpful in finding us exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend using her to assist you in finding the right space for you.

I have been so disgusted at this company. Our kids were supposed to move into their apartment for when college starts in a few weeks. The model apartment shown to them was the same level of apartment they expected to get. But when they picked up their keys, there were so many things wrong. 1. First of all the dust in the apartment was unbelievable. 2. The cabinets were dirty and had broken doors. 3. They had painted over leakage stain marks in the ceiling and walls. 4. The windows were broken. 5. The sprinklers were out of the ceilings and you could see the wires. 6. Electrical issues. 7. There was mold and mildew - how they think it is okay to let out an apartment with mold and mildew is beyond belief. 8. The wooden floor planks were lifted off the floors with nails sticking out. 9. Leak

An emergency main water line broke inside the ground today ... kudos to the maintenance team who have been outside all day working to get the flooding repaired. I see complaints about the water off to the property but in an emergency that's understandable. I appreciated the incredible response time as I'd rather have a company fix a problem rather than ignore it like most. Hearing residents be nasty to the team working all day was incredibly embarrassing. They got people digging up the ground to fix the broken pipe on same day service repairs for a main plumbing pipe...My neighbors need to be more considerate. Nobody can control emergencies and GA pipes were not made for this cold weather! Thank you!!

Jay and Edwin go above and beyond. Had two issues this weekend and they came by and fixed them right away. Had an issue with my blinds and Jay was there not 45 min later to take care of it. I really appreciate the staff here, super friendly and make sure you get what you need 🙏 thank you

My family & I have lived in this community for a very long time. I have always felt safe & secure here. We recently transferred to a different unit & I want to thank Camille for understanding why we wanted to transfer & making that happen for us. I also want to thank Edwin & the maintenance staff for making sure our new place was in tip top shape for move in day. It smelled so fresh & was super clean. It is seriously so beautiful. The double sided fireplace in the living room & dining room is my favorite part of the floor plan. Maintenance in this community is seriously a great team. They respond to calls/requests very quickly. Thank you all for your kindness & always being helpful. ❤️
