Windsor House Apartments*

The property treated my family terribly & their apartments are full of BOTH green & black mold! They refused to assist and didn’t address any concerns. The ACs are loud and shake the walls when they are on. The apartments do not smell up to par, and have a mildew/moldy smell. The mold was so bad that it was in every room and even the flooring. It ruined furniture, kitchen cookware, clothes/shoes & even a newborn crib!! I would never recommended this complex to anyone even if it was the last available apartment in the entire state. BEWARE!

My girlfriend and I stopped by for a walk in during the open house event! Anna was very helpful and informative! She has an amazing personality and she even gave me a call to follow up with my tour. I loved that the leasing office is also the model apartment.

Been here since November and the noise complaints I put in just falls on death ears. The letter on the door telling me you have sent a letter doesn’t solve the issue. When you live below tenants who live like they are in a zoo it becomes unbearable, I will probably end up breaking my lease and moving. The stomping, the loud noises and etc. as soon as you go to knock on the ceiling you are an issue. Be realistic, why do you think someone is knocking on the ceiling? The foot tracks in that apartment are ridiculous. The apartment below me isn’t having any issues because I respect other tenants. Making a bunch of noise and stomping around knowing people live beneath you is absurd and disrespectful especially because it seems to be intentional now. If things don’t change by June I’m leaving.

Apartment nice on the inside but the management / rental office will drive you to not live here . If you are on time and late once out the year , they threaten your residency . I have never seen such rude, unprofessional staff . And for a rental company that is paid on time every month and a few days late .. to issue you a threatening letter is beyond ridiculous.

Nice closet space. Not bad for the price. Never had a problem with maintenance. Closet to shopping. Wish they had 3 bedrooms. Paul in the office is super nice and responds promptly. Now I have been at Windsor for 9 years and I am still satisfied. Anna, who works in the office is a dedicated employee. She goes out of her way to assist. She is always professional and dedicated to making sure Windsor is kept respectable.
