Good place and people. Would be great if they returned the recycling service rather than just compacting everything. Removed the service but still charge the same . Staff and maintenance are AWESOME! Really enjoy living here. Facilities are well kept. Location is great. Best apt community I have been in here in Tampa and I have lived in several. Recycling would give it a five star from me .

I truly love living here. My family has been living here for five years. The new management team is a pleasure to work with. They are making improvements to the property which is a big plus. Whenever I have any issues with maintenance requests, they are completed very fast, usually within a day or two. My most recent experience with having work orders completed was through the technician named Yaciel. He was very accommodating and great to work with. There were multiple items that needed to be addressed that I have been putting off for a while. But he addressed them with eagerness and Kindness. I truly value his hard work. Thank you very much— both to Yaciel and the management team! 🌟🌺

This apartment I love it. It’s spacious and it doesn’t feel like an apartment. The layout and the 2 car garage is a plus. Also every work order is addressed pretty quick. The only negative thing is that our apartment is facing the street and the traffic noise inside the apartment is really bad. I wish they can do something about it. Other than that everything else is very good.

We have been living here for four years, and we truly love it here. The staff is always so polite— calling back if I am not able to reach the office staff on the first call and the repairman usually come right away and fix the problem. Most recently Jose did a fantastic job of repairing the water pump behind the refrigerator that just died after four years of use. The problem was reported on Friday afternoon and by Monday we had it repaired. (Excellent job Jose ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you) We are very happy here and intend to Renew our lease for another 15 months. ❤️

We recently toured the apartments and had such a great experience! The community itself is beautiful and very well maintained, with spacious layouts and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. A special thanks to Alex, who gave us the tour—he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and really highlighted what makes this place stand out. Overall, we left with a very positive impression and are excited about the possibility of making this our new home!
