Windsor Forest Apartments

I've been here for going on 3 months now. The community, or at least what I've seen of it, is always clean and quiet. The grounds crew do a good job of keeping up the appearance. The maintenance team is quick and efficient as well. I haven't had to contact the office frequently but every time I do Ms. Shelly does a phenomenal job of 1. getting back to me quickly and 2. solving whatever issue I may have. She was also a joy to work with throughout the move in process, a wealth of information about the community and just genuinely professional and friendly.

I truly love living here. The maintenance staff comes within 24 hours of submitting the request. The office manager, Candice is very informative and eager to assist with questions you may have. Shelly has gone above and beyond to ensure the residents feel warm and welcomed within the community. I appreciate the entire staff. I look forward to renewing my lease for another year.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. The staff is attentive and professional, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the community is peaceful and well-kept. The location is perfect, and I always felt comfortable and safe here. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. I just wanted to say that your employee Nishaunt is always very helpful. Whenever I call, he makes sure everything I need is taken care of with no problems

This has been 4 years and counting that my wife and I have been living here, and we have always been treated with kindness and respect. Leasing professional Shelly was the one the we dealt with on our move in, and she also helped us recently with a transfer from a 2 bedroom, to a 3 bedroom apartment, which is lovely!!! I worked with Ms. Shelly the leasing manager and my move-in process was very fast and smooth. Any repairs that needed to be done Ms. Shelly took care of it in a timely manner. She was upfront and answered any questions I had. The building I live in the area is quiet and the grounds are clean. So far I have had a positive experience.
