Windsor Court and Tower Apartments

A very big thank you and Shoutout to Stella for being very accommodating to my family and I, she helped my family get an apartment here she was very kind and caring.She was very dedicated on getting us this apartment and here we are.

Thank you Jose and your maintenance staff for everything you do and thanks to the office staff for always taking action on any concerns or problems. I have been a resident here for now 13yrs yes 13 and there is a reason why not only how beautiful the apartment space and property but because when you move here you are at home. Yes sometimes it was not the best but yes the company always made the necessary decision to make it better. I thank you all for all your hard work and dedication. Also thank you for your patience because i know i can be a little hard with my mouth and expressing my concerns but you always stay clam and professional. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Very disrespectful leasing office The assistant manager is fabulous The other people are right I can’t even find a rating low enough Mice everywhere! Even gets in the damn bed! I am so distraught.

I wish i Could give 0 stars but since i need this to be known at least through this review do not move into these apartments. You will regret it, unfortunately it’s not the Montgomery county apartments you think you are moving into. I went from having a leak that was not fix completely until almost a month later to getting both of my vehicles towed from the visitor's parking because i came late from the airport on a Sunday at 1:00 am and there was no parking. I feel that being a resident this is something horrible to go through, also the Ants that were in the dining room area was a almost every month thing no matter what i did. I eventually got tired of calling the office for this matter. I left last year the month my lease was up just so the front office young lady who i feel now is super

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I lived here, they had mice infestation inside the apartments, all the walls, vents, along with the roaches. The mice were so bad, I had one on the bed with me one day and they put holes in the bottom of my newborns sons crib. They had an infestation of rats outside under the trash cans . Vultures, and bats. But the worst had to be the property manager. Daria is a horrible person! And only caters to the residents of her same race. And treats all others horribly. I can’t believe she is still the property manager there. I may contact someone in a higher position so she may never make anyone feel like that again.
