Windsor Commons Apartments

Love the area and all the extras added in these Commons/ Apartments! Windsor Mill area is a great area to settle down in due to low crime but you very reasonable rates for living and a up scale area! Quiet , friendly & cozy!

The Closing for the Summer Pool Party was Excellent. The food was catered by Mission Barbecue. All the food was delicious. We also had Italian Ice. It was helded on August 27, 2025. We had a wonderful time with our neighbors and the Windsor Commons Staff.

I’ve been a resident here since August 2023, and I really enjoy living in this community. It’s a quiet, intimate neighborhood that feels peaceful, safe, and family-friendly. The leasing office is wonderful, and any issues are taken care of by maintenance promptly. My only concern has been parking. It would really help if residents had designated spaces, and adding a few more handicap spaces could make things easier for everyone. Some nights it’s tough to find a spot near my building, especially when a few residents have multiple vehicles parked in front or when certain spaces stay occupied for a long time. As a parent, it can be challenging to unload kids and groceries from far away, especially in the evenings. Overall, though, it’s a great community and a nice place to live.

I have friend that lives in these apartments and everything is always breaking and maintenance will not come out to fix anything correctly.Her and her family currently doesn't have heat in their home with temperatures being as low as 10 degrees outside. They then reached out numerous times with no one coming to solve the problem.

If you care about your health and well being DO NOT COME HERE! I’m only giving two stars because the apartments have so much potential.They are spacious, open layout and they have nice security features. It’s a shame they are managed so poorly. The staff is not properly trained and they do not care about the residents. They just slap paint over the problems and send you on your way. It has been a nightmare here. I was moved into an apartment that was not ready(everything broken and old, not cleaned)and had toxic black mold. I complained since move in and They took months to address the problem. Me and my daughter got very sick. They were unwilling to accommodate. Then after much urging and crying out I was moved to another unit only to have mold in this one too! ( all at my expense)The is
