Excellent customer service, and the building staff is friendly, and they always say good morning and hi when they see me! Basic customer service and keeping the building clean and luxurious are top priorities here!

Service is always quick and fast, especially for more urgent issues. I made a service request today and to my surprise, the service technician -- Ronnie showed up the same day only an hour after I placed my request. Most apartments usually do request the following business day, but I appreciate the urgency that Ronnie provided. He quickly addressed the issues I was having with my unit and was very considerate the entire time.

Huge thanks to Ronnie Ducksworth from Cirrus maintenance team! We put in a maintenance request for dishwasher on Friday, Ronnie came by the next business day to diagnose the issue, and on the next day he helped get it replaced with a brand new one. Super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Really appreciate the quick help!

The maintenance team at Cirrus is really prompt and great. My toilet stopped working and Misael came up to solve it within 5 mins of me calling the maintenance team. He is really prompt, efficient and communicative. This is the second time Misael has helped me solve an issue within 10minutes. Highly recommend Misael and the team at Cirrus for getting to matters right away and solving issues promptly.

Sooo sick of living like this. This happens way too frequently- my bath tub looks like this twice a month. Maintenance people just shrug their shoulders at me and won't do anything. It's not just my unit- this building has severe plumbing issues. Recently the basement *severely* flooded, *totaling multiple parked cars*, and *all 4* elevators were broken for *days* in this 41 floor apartment. Today they shut water off the entire building for 8 hours, and guess what this is what the water looks like 3 hours after the water turned back on. I'm used to it now because it happens so often. And what do you get in return for this $5,000 a month apartment you ask? A $900 increase in rent 😄! Thanks so much for making our lives so difficult! 😇
