Windsor Chateau Apartments

This place is an overpriced dump!! They falsely advertise a pool. There’s NO pool. They think that because they gave the unit the landlord special, and put cheap vinyl flooring in the kitchen that they can charge over $1,000 a month. And then they want to try and charge you $75 for a dinky little garage. What a joke! The shared laundry room is disgusting. It would be nice to see the $10-$15 I have to fork up every week to do my laundry get put back into the laundry room. But, I’m sure the greedy property owners are just pocketing that money. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.

My only complaint is that when I paid they didn't give me the total amount due. I paid what their app told me to and few days later somehow there was a small balance due and since I don't check my email every day they charged me a $60 late fee. On top of the $10 online pay fee(which they don't tell you about either) and they don't give any other way to pay other than the app. So if your garbage rental is $75 it's ACTUALLY $85!! Why don't they just tell you that the rental is $85 instead of sneaking the $10 in there?

Under new management-Todd & Brandon are doing a great job. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manor. Nice pool. Table & chairs provided by gas grills. Apartments are really nice sized. Glad we live here.

I love that the staff lives here too. I've actually gotten a chance to get to know them. This area is SOOO much safer now and everyone is helpful. I think the new staff really cares about how it looks.

Thus Place gone down hill since they got new owners and they got rid of the only maintenance man that actually cared about this place and his job..They should bring him back and I bet ton of tenants would agree..Also they are letting unwanted company live here that we really didn't want around.. ( unwanted extra traffic late at night )
