Windsor Bethesda Apartments

Mustafa was awesome to work with at Windsor Bethesda. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole tour feel easy and stress-free. He answered all my questions and really knew the property inside and out. A true gem, genuine, one of a kind guy. He deserves a raise and a vacation! Great experience overall!

My experience with Windsor Bethesda has been nothing but positive. I especially want to thank Mustafa, the leasing agent I worked with, for continuously going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Moving is challenging, but the staff (front desk, maintenance, leasing office all included) have all been very helpful, professional and attentive.

While we did not end up renting an apartment at Windsor as the one we wanted got leased by someone else, I want to write to thank Ziad Mawla, a leasing consultant at the Windsor Bethesda, for his excellent assistance to us. He took us around the complex and was so gracious with his time and assistance. We greatly enjoyed our interaction with him, and I can say without hesitation that Windsor Bethesda is very lucky to have him on board. Best of luck, Ziad. Keep up the great work!

Wow! After reading two of the previous reviews, I decided to offer my input. While some aspects of the those reviews are accurate, I believe it’s important to provide additional context. For resident safety, the evening concierge conducts security walks, and there is an overnight concierge available on weekends, along with a call box for access during the week (see pic). Natalia, who has always been helpful and attentive to both me and my family over the past 4 years, is currently on vacation. However, Leah is available to assist in her absence (see funny pic). The apartments are priced at the typical range for Bethesda, though they may be slightly higher due to the excellent level of service Windsor provides. My husband and I have lived at 7770 for about 14 months. We even had our wedding here in the community room last summer. The CIM team was amazing to work with for the entire first year, and we feel the the new property manager (Windsor) has done the best that they can to keep residents safe this year in dealing with the ramifications of COVID-19. We especially appreciate the efforts of Trevor who is the head concierge. Since we moved in, he has been there to greet us in the morning, knows our names, and goes above and beyond to ensure that we are well taken care of. We are glad to have someone like him running the front part of the office!
