Windsor at Miramar Apartments

My tour experience was amazing! Rita Rivera and Valerie Papaseit were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with such patience and detail. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. I left feeling confident and excited about the possibility of calling this place home! P.s saw the most amazing view just walking around the community :)

I’ve had a genuinely great experience with the team at Windsor at Miramar, especially Valerie, Carlos, and Massiel. They were attentive to our needs and very collaborative throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and timely, and any questions or concerns were handled efficiently and with care. It’s obvious they want residents to have a positive experience. In addition, the community itself is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The property feels welcoming and thoughtfully cared for, which adds to the overall positive experience. Overall, it’s been a very smooth and pleasant experience, and the level of service they provide truly reflects a team and community that values quality and comfort.

The community is well kept and modern, we are very happy with our decision to move here. Valerie has also been absolutely amazing, she is very kind and always answers all of our questions in a timely manner.

I resided in a three-bedroom unit at this community for approximately 13 months, and my overall experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the entirety of my tenancy, there was a persistent roach infestation that was never properly resolved despite multiple reports. As a result, several of my personal appliances were damaged. Management failed to repair the issue adequately or compensate me for the losses incurred. At the conclusion of my lease, management reported an outstanding balance on my account. I was later informed that this balance was due to an internal error. Despite this acknowledgment and my willingness to address any legitimate charges, my account was still sent to a collection agency. I usually do not give reviews and have been living at Windsor for 14 years, but I feel Hector in maintenance deserves a five star review. Hector is quick and resolves all maintenance issues and is always willing, because of his skills and years of experience he does an amazing job performance. Gracias Hector por todo!! In addition, I would like to give a shout out to Javier who went out of his way to get me my keys which fell in the trash compactor. Gracias Javier! Also a shout out to General Manager Yani who also demonstrates time, patience and dedication to resolve issues with apt and the community. Thank you Yani!!
