Windsor at Dogpatch Apartments

Will be moving in but just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Dexter and Windsor Dogpatch!! As someone who has been living in SF the past 4 years, he's honestly the best leasing agent I've ever worked with! The past week, I've toured 8 apts in Dogpatch and Mission Bay already, and he was the ONLY person who greeted me right by the front door, personally gave me tours of all the rooms that I'm interested in, and was willingly to speak with me via phone call for all of my questions/concerns from beginning to end. To me, that alone shows how Windsor Dogpatch is very attentive of their residents. We signed our lease the day before the switch from Abaca to Windsor and were nervous at first. But we have lived here 10 months now and love living here. The Windsor staff have been very nice and helpful, in person; and respond within a day or two to email requests. The leasing company has also been responsive to requests from the residents: additional Luxor lockers (for packages) were added and an additional trolley cart was added (which is great after trips to the grocery story or plant nursery). We noticed the east side of the building has some additional patio areas but we only visit this side of the complex to go to the roof. The roof top is amazing - the large table has heaters and lights above with a BBQ near by. There's plenty of other seating and smaller tables for all view

Elevator unrepaired for over three months now. Front door was broken for two months likewise. Front desk is missing most of the runs so package deliveries frequently fail. No dedicated building security. Locker system for packages is always buggy. Changed the callbox system for no reason which broke my callbox number. Also rent is rising yet again. Would not recommend. Update: building security is non existent. I got chased around the block by a homeless guy and called building security and they didn’t do anything. Unsafe place to live. Update: garage door to parking broke today, staff isn’t doing anything about it Edit: Rosalinda is awesome though. She helps me check the lockers when there are issues with Luxer One, the buggy locker system. The other staffs are alright.

Rosa is always so helpful and responsive with anything that comes up while we have been living at Windsor at Dogpatch. Being able to rent the club house for a family party went smoothly with her help and was a great experience. Thank you so much !

If I can give 0 star, I will. Please avoid this apartment at all cost. They will charge you on all the random things they can that's not in the leasing agreement.
