Windsor at Cambridge Park Apartments

I moved into 160 Cambridgepark Drive in September 2022. At the time, the building and on-site staff genuinely seemed to care about the property, the amenities, and fostering a sense of community. Unfortunately, that care has steadily declined over the years while rent has continued to increase. Amenities (a major selling point) have been poorly maintained since 2022: • Gym: No equipment upgrades in years. Comparable buildings at this price point offer modern equipment like Pelotons. - Broken BBQs • Clubhouse fireplace: Has never worked since I moved in. When reported, staff were unaware because no one checks it. • Outdoor fire pit: Has been “under repair” for over a year. • Touchscreen controls for lighting and the movie theater are broken and ignored. • Movie theater: No streaming servi

Brent White was an exceptional leasing agent to work with. He was extremely personable, enthusiastic, and immediately made us feel welcome during our tour. He was very knowledgeable about every nuance with the apartment, application process, etc. After the tour, he periodically checked-in and even told us about new promotional offers. Overall, we were very impressed the spacious apartments and beautiful amenities, and were very thankful to have worked with Brent during this process!

Not the most luxurious building but everything simply works. We lived in other buildings in the same area and they lacked basic infrastructure and services. The constant fire alarm issues that others reported are no longer a problem as of Jan/2026. Definitely recommend it.

Brent White was incredibly helpful and thorough as I looked for an apartment. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and did a wonderful job of showing me all the fantastic amenities and modern apartments Windsor had to offer. He went out of his way to address my specific questions and ensure I felt comfortable and confident about my decision. He was positive and clearly cares about the residents, personally greeting tenants as we passed them on my tour. It is evident that there is a wonderful community at Windsor and I look forward to joining it! Brent is great and I would highly recommend meeting with him during your apartment search!

I lived here for 2 years, and while the maintenance team is genuinely great, everything else about this property went downhill fast. At first things seemed nice, but that didn’t last. Management makes you sign a lease filled with rules, yet they don’t bother to enforce them. For example, we had an upstairs neighbor who constantly made noise late at night. Despite multiple complaints and even calling on-site security twice, nothing was done. The lease clearly states quiet hours from 8pm–8am, but management’s response was that the only options were to either move to another unit or take the neighbor to court—which is ridiculous.
