Windsor Arms Apartments

I called to ask about the 2 bedroom becoming available soon and the gentleman that answered just said they are other families on the waiting list and if I wanted to move in soon he coudnt help me. He kind of rushed me off the phone as well. Very bad customer service

Lived here for two years and loved the place would have stayed forever if not for my job relocating me. Best management ever!!
