I will not be renewing my lease with Windsor. My decision is based primarily on repeated negative experiences with the property management, specifically involving Dulce. Shortly after I moved in, Dulce incorrectly assumed that I was placing trash in another resident’s trash can. Without first verifying the situation or contacting me, trash was intentionally placed directly in front of my apartment door, literally against my front door. When I met with Dulce to address this, she confirmed that she was responsible. This action was unprofessional, inappropriate, and set a hostile tone at the very beginning of my tenancy. Since that incident, my interactions with Dulce have continued to be unpleasant and unproductive. She has been consistently unhelpful, argumentative, and dismissive when ad
