Windsor 3000 Huron Apartments

My honest review after 12 months of living here: I truly enjoyed living at 3000 Huron. The sound insulation is excellent, and all the finishes and furniture — both inside the apartment and in the common areas — are of great quality. There are plenty of cozy lounge spaces, and the rooftop with its stunning view is absolutely amazing. I also loved the color palette, the overall design, and the spacious fitness room — I really enjoyed working out there! 👍🏼 The only downside for me personally was the downtown location. There are quite a few homeless people around, and it’s not really a place where you can take peaceful evening walks — and I love walking. It’s hard to say much about the leasing office. Chloe, the agent who gave me a tour was great. Explained everything very well. And although I have decided to go elsewhere for very specific personal reasons, I highly recommend this building if looking for an apartment. The prices are competitive. The staff is amazing just from the short interactions I had with them. The building itself is really nice and sleek with a modern design. The amenities are great, especially the gym (it's fairly large and has lots of equipment) and the roof deck. And lastly, the location is great and central without being right in between all the tall buildings in Denver. If I decided to go looking for apartments nearby again in the future I will definitely stop by here first. I do have a few minor complaints though. If you need a 1 bed or studio with a bathtub

I simply cannot say enough good things about the time I lived here, but I’ll give it a go anyway. - The entire staff is so inviting, friendly, and helpful. You can tell the Windsor team cares about their residents and the property as the Cleaning crew kept it spotless. - The facilities and appliances are top-tier, not to mention that the building was overall very quiet. - Safety, especially in a city, is incredibly important to most, and I had never felt unsafe during my time here. - Whenever I needed a hand, The Maintenance team was prompt, reliable, and professional. Sooo, if you’re in need of a new home, I highly recommend 3000 Huron.

Living in Huron 3000 for a bit. The Windsor team has been incredible. The leasing process was great. Lauren has helped me a lot and was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Maintenance team is super quick and helpful to resolve issues. I had super good contact with Michael. Moreover, any small repairs I have requested so far have been resolved quickly and professionally by the team. Amenities are great (and underused), so it is usually pretty quiet in the gym, pool and co-working spots. Can recommend!!

Just took a tour and I am obsessed! Chloe was very kind and informative while guiding me in the building. The amenities are amazing and the units I toured have insane views of the mountains. The rooftop deck has the most incredible views of Denver and truly gives a penthouse restaurant vibe. The prices are beyond reasonable and very competitive with the other buildings I have toured. They currently have a two months free deal running-which you can use towards a prorated rate! I am very excited to hopefully place a 90 day hold on the unit I was looking at!
