Windsong Apartments

These apartments are by far some of the worst apartments i’ve ever been in. The office refuses to take care of any problems you have including holes in the ceiling that pour water when it rains. My ac has been blowing hot air for a month now and the refuse to send someone out to come look. My apartment should not be 80° in the middle of winter with the ac on or off. You can’t do anything about any of this or they’ll evict you from the property. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS.

I lived here for 7 years. The last 2 NOTHING was getting repaired. I kept going to the office and reported what needed to be fixed. Dishwasher, oven, all 3 ceiling fans had shorts in them (went through many new light bulbs), garbage disposal didn't work ( had to hand wash dishes in bathroom), roaches were really bad, one toilet worked in one bathroom, the other the shower didn't work. Then to top it all off, my A/C wasn't working, and I was on the second floor. Was told by maintenance no A/C would be fixed. I left. Management never responded, receptionist was rude. Drug addicts all over the place. No security. Don't live there unless you want these problems as well.

Tara Hubbard always assist me with a smile every time I come to the office she's very helpful and assist very well she has very good communication with the tenants in our apartments. When I do touch bases with her she always make sure the work orders are in properly manner and I thank her for that.

Ubered in here. My car bottomed out on the speedbumps, which are all way too tall. They need to be redone. My car was damaged by the speedbumps. Edit to the stupid response. My car was going less than 2 mph when I went over the speed bumps. My stock car going as slow as possible over your crappy speed bumps and sustained damage as a result. REDO THEM.
