Windshire Terrace Apartments

I know there are a lot of good reviews; but if you value effective communication and things being done properly without having to consistently push, do not rent here. The review I want to leave is over 4 pages and too long to post, but I have lived here over 3 years and any time I have to deal with management it is a nightmare. Love the layout of my apartment and Jeff and Juan (maintenance) are amazing and do the best they can. Other than that, just don't do it to yourself. Even though the rents are high, they do not want to spend money to fix anything properly, a band aid will do. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

I currently live here and my experience has been very positive. The community feels safe, the grounds are kept clean, and the staff is consistently professional and helpful. Whenever I’ve needed assistance or had a question, the office has been responsive and easy to work with. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. I appreciate how well-managed everything is, which makes living here much smoother. Overall, I’ve been happy with my time here so far and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and well-maintained place to live.

The Team of people at Windshire Terrance is exceptional!! The staff in the leasing office is super nice and they are there to answer all your questions as you look for an apartment and as you transition into your new place if you decide it’s a good fit for you. Then once you move in you have access to a prompt and knowledgeable maintenance staff that fixes any issues that come up! Add in a pool, 24hr gym and BBQ area with the ability for online rental payments and maintenance requests. It all makes for an amazing place to live. Deciding to move here was my best decision of 2025! Great job Windshire Terrace!!

My daughter and I presently live at Windshire and are in our tenth year. Needless to say, we enjoy living here. A big part of the reason is Jeff and Juan of the maintenance dept. They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and know their job well. They deserve the highest rating possible. Thank you, Jeff and Juan. Barbara
