Windsail Apartments

Excellent Experience with my move in. Apartment did not disappoint, beautiful and clean. Welcoming office staff. Would recommend. Maintenance excellent. I had an issue and it was resolved the same day.

My experience at windsail was so great. I saw and noticed that you all where very respectful, honest and intelligent in responding to your tenants and i will be glad and happy living at windsail apartment.

The tour was pleasant. The tourist answered all my questions. In addition, the apartment units a saw were fabulous and home warning; a place to call home. I am looking forward to moving in. Thank you for the nice tour.

This apartment complex is just Okay... Nothing special. Super cold during winter because of sliding glass doors. Boyfriends car was broken into twice. Super nice neighbors though! The staff is also pretty nice as well. You get what you pay for!

Apartment left like this. I live on 3rd floor and have no railing. It’s ABSURD - not to mention ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE. They increased rent by damn near $200/MONTH to fund this construction. Was given NO notice that my balcony was going to be torn up. They had water turned off more than 20 days alone last year - LEASE ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT RESIDENT FOCUSED. I’ll be moving out ASAP after living here for 2 years. It’s been nothing but disappointment. Issues with heat in winter and AC - management does not care. AC is from 07/11/1986 - see picture. Windsail does not replace ANYTHING until they can’t rig it any longer. I’m not usually one to give negative reviews or complain, but after several calls to the office- then consumers be warned
