Windridge Estates

Calls and messages have been made over a month and a half now and NO ONE has called nor handled the matters needing to be addressed. The property isn't attended to BUT rent better not be late. Who's handling the affairs of the tentents and seeing about the property?

I lived there for a year. When I gave my notice I was moving out in a month which was in writing, they did my walk through and said everything was fine except for cost of blind for porch window which was was long and narrow. This was in April of 2023. I have never received my deposit back. I have called and left messages. I talked to Jen and was told they were behind. It is now September and I've never received it. I'm hoping they read this and help me get my 767.00 minus 125.00 for blind back. Merriely Thomasson. I don't like giving bad reviews.

Absolutely love this place. The 3 bedroom is very spacious, which was very important with three children. It is a quiet, rural type area but there are restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations not far at all. The management team are awesome and very prompt to replying to phone calls and emails.

Nice apartment complex in a rural type setting. The 3 bedroom is pretty big with a dining room and a island counter. Nice wood lament flooring. The only thing they didn't do was add a cabinet in the bathroom.

Lived here for 3 months now. Apartment is quite spacious and the management is very on top of any and all maintenance requests. Definitely would recommend!
