Windover Villas Single Family Homes

We have had such a great experience with Windover Villas! The homes are spacious, well-maintained, and truly feel like a community. The staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. So thankful for the wonderful team here!

Courtney and Daisy are amazing people to get you moved in as soon as possible! They are so helpful and very communicative. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to live in such a nice rural area but also close to Fredericksburg city. If you are looking to move to a quiet and calm area I suggest you start here.

Windover has been nothing short of enjoyable. I chose this area for the location and convenience. The living space is great, the neighbors are great. I can't say enough about Miss Courtney. She is always kind, courteous and professional!

Wow GOD, let me start off first by saying it was a ruff road transferring to Fredericksburg,Va but when I meet the Windover Villa crew they made my move very sweet and easy. Kept me in on everything that was going on, answered all my question and concerns. When I tell you when you meet this wonderful team, they had me smiling and laughing and felt like I knew them for years. Treat you like family and not a renter. Mrs. Daisy and Mrs. Courtney are the best hands down. I been in my house for almost 2 weeks now and I love it so far. Nice and spacious room size and nice size kitchen and dinning room and living room, bonus I have a garage to store my car when bad weather . Enough parking for guest and you’re not attached to nobody. Very nice and clean and quiet place to live at.

Let’s start off by saying that the staff is relatable kind and competent. Work orders get done in a reasonable time. I do like the fact that the Moving specials were great. I love how the property is well-maintained. I do like the fact that they work with you and our understanding of things that are outside of your control. I just hope that they do more community things for the children so let’s see how this goes. I’m still within a six month period of living here, but I absolutely think the staff is amazing.
