Use to live on 7th i have proof roaches and rats were there before we moved in. Kathy said it was our apartment that had them got evicted a year later bc the apartment was shit. The downstairs neibor has photos from before we moved in upstairs and oh well what did I see roaches on his floor sadly this was recent so I cant do much now but I will be reporting this to city council as its a unlivable apartment and someone lives in the old apartment I did. Kathy demanded my dad pay my rent as he was my payee I lose my SSI and she evicted us bc she relied on my check for rent she is unprofessional and rude. I wish it went differently bc her ideas for remodeling were smart but her attitude is of a 5year old 😒

Kathy has been the most incredible realtor we could have ever hoped for. She was there for us during our home buying process from the very first step. Agent told us that home was totally remodeled advised us not to waste money on a home inspection. I ran the a/c in April before we bought and it cooled. In June nothing doing. We offered the first weekend the house was on market, apparently the freon had just been filled. Had tech service the unit. One week and its empty again. Looks like we are on the hook for new a/c unit. Thanks Windmill! Shouldnt have trusted her.
