Windingwalk Master Association

My wife misplaced her access card. So i inquired about a replacement card, i was informed that it is possible, however it will cost $75 to replace. Well, this is so unreasonable, for, the cost to reprint the cards will never exceed $10. I have lived in this community since 2004 and have been paying HOA fees in the past 20 years plus, and never have to use the access card till now. I seriously think that this exhorbitant charge should be lowered if not completely eliminated to permanent residents of this community. I implore the manager of this entity to look into this matter , for, it is so infantile and bound for abuse.

Victoria and Caroline both receptionist should not be in customer service. Very unpleasant to talk with. In winding walk I pay 2 HOA fees and I can’t get an email response or call back. Been like this for years.

I have lived in Windingwalk for 16 years and the management has progressively worsened. The last 4 years the Prescott HOA management has been unavailable via email and rarely returns calls. The manager was Robert Kelly, who has responded to my numerous emails only once. Well, as of January 2025 the same manager that doesn't respond to emails or phone calls is solely in charge of the Windingwalk Association management now with his own company. If this is not corruption, I don't know what it is. The man (Robert Kelly) is clearly too busy to do his job but has finds the resources to entice the board to put him in charge and to collect his fees. In his introduction emails the new RKelly management company doesn't even provide a phone number. So who should the residents call in case of emerge

Be advised, At Winding Walk Otay Ranch. If your Proximity Card fails to work any longer (not you lose it) you will be charged 75 dollars for a replacement card that could potentially fail to work again in just a short time. That adds up and I'm sure the card is worth 2 dollars in materials and 30 minutes in labor. This is a racket that can me manipulated by a scrupulous manager who disables the chip and sits back and collects 75 Dollars a pop. Think about it!
