Helped us to buy our house in Pratt. They were really helpful. They have also worked with our church to help us with an auction. Overall a really great group of people to work with. I would strongly recommend them for any real estate or auction needs. The regular auctions are a really great way to pick up some really great finds.

In 2005 I called on a property that had an old sign in the yard. John Hamm helped me make a lease to purchase agreement and carried the papers and helped with closing when I got financing together. He has also appraised a property for me to get financing. I will tell everyone they will be happy.

John sold items for us when we moved out of state. When we received our check, and a list of the items sold, not all of the items were on the list. Some were large items, and some were antiques. We contacted John and we still haven't received our check for the balance and we haven't heard from John. It's now almost three months since our sale. We are surprised and disappointed.
