Was poorly represented in a dual agency with Jen Post/Trost. Lost my trust after misleading me on timelines and not providing objective representation. Couldn’t even get the spelling of my name corrected in a timely manner. Not empathetic or sympathetic to my situation and never met with me in person. Luckily the transaction fell through. Did not even have the courtesy to call me to tell me the contract fell through. Will definitely not be recommending this team for any future business.

This review is certainly overdue as we worked with Nicole and Kelly on our deal some 4 months ago and are still having issues with the sale and now have been ghosted by them. We had multiple issues during the course of the sale: Incredibly slow response times that always were accompanied by an excuse (Sick, Full day showing homes, Out of Town, Etc). We were given inaccurate information: informed the storm drain was eminently being fixed by the city which was a major eye sore to the curb appeal of the property. When calling the city and finally finding the right person (Originally given wrong contact) it wasn't eminently being repaired it was scheduled for 2 years out. Yes 2026. We had to personally escalate to get it resolved. We asked about a utility proration being done our deal.

It was fantastic. They were fundamental in supporting a art presentation for special needs artists.my daughter is autistic and she is a very excellent artist. I will hopefully be able to show her work next time. Love what Windermere is doing for this cause.

Sharon Giampietro is the best! She was so patient, knowledgeable, and had our best interests at heart to help us find our first house through what seemed like a roller-coaster of a process. We are so lucky to have worked with her. Highly recommended!

I am very currently renting from a slumlord who works here. He has split up a house like an apartment and has three different broke women including me renting out the house. We all share the mail box (which I know is illegal) and split the utilities. When I arrived there was a washer and dryer I shared with the tenant upstairs who runs an air bnb that I pay utilities on..the washer broke because of its heavy use and the landlord told me it was my job to supply a working clothing washer for me and his other tenant. I then bought a used one for his property! Whenever it breaks I have to pay for it out of pocket with the other tenant. Me and the other tenants are treated as if we are a family and we must "work it out amongst ourselves".. I'm also asked to keep the yard tighty. The yard tools
