We recently had cause to deal with the owner of this branch of Windermere real estate after having a snafu with one of the real estate agents. After dealing with the shock of showing up at closing with an entirely incorrect assumption of what was going to happen, I called Joe to speak with him and see what he could do for me. I called during the day and spoke to the receptionist who was very polite and forwarded me to Joe, the owner without any excessive questions. Joe picked up, listened attentively to my issue, and assured me that he would speak with the realtor to figure out what went wrong.
