I had an apartment near this office when I moved to Tacoma, and stopped in because I was selling my home through a Windermere in another city. I arranged for them to set me up with an agent to show me two properties I was interested in and I got Spencer. Spencer showed up at least ten minutes late to the first property, which wasn't great because I was waiting outside in the rain. Not a great first impression.
