Erica was great to work with during the apartment showing. She was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about the unit and the building. She answered all of my questions clearly and made the process feel easy and stress-free. I appreciated her honesty and responsiveness, and she gave me space to really look around without feeling rushed. I’d definitely recommend Erica to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have lived at Winchester Walk Apartments for 10 years and I have no desire to move anytime soon. I love my apartment. Management has made any updates since they took over in 2022 and I'm happy with that they have done for me. Erica, the property manager is the best! She truly takes care of her residents and the property.

I moved here from New York, and this apartment has been a wonderful change. The space is very large and feels safe, which was important to me. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been handled right away. The management team is very responsive whenever I’ve reached out with a difficulty or concern, they’ve worked to solve it as quickly as possible. The rent is very fair for the size of the apartment, and the community feels welcoming. Management often goes above and beyond, even with small thoughtful gestures that make residents feel at home. When I needed an apartment quickly, they moved fast paperwork was handled digitally, and the process was smooth and secure. This place truly feels like home, and I’m always happy to come back to it. All thanks to Erica !!!!

We lived at the 2600 welsh rd location as well as the 7801 roosevelt blvd location. Erica the property manager always was very responsive to tenant maintenance request. The complex was well kept and felt safe. The parking even for having 2 vehicles was adequate enough and the other tenants always were quiet and respectful. Great place for a family.
