Winchester Bend Apartments

I have lived at Winchester Bend Apartments for over three years. It is a quiet and safe area. I love how the apartments are nestled into the surrounding wooded area. A great place for any nature lover! There are lots of interesting birds, frequent deer sightings and plenty of other wildlife. You're close to the freeways and grocery store, but feels like living in the country. The property manager is always prompt with responses and helpful. The maintenance man is quick with repairs. I will agree with some other reviews- it seems like some of the cosmetic finishes were put together quickly with gaps in the baseboards, and I wish they would upgrade the carpet. But other than the cosmetic looks, the apartment seems sturdy and put together well. I don't have any issues with bugs or other pests

Tina Tanski is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever dealt with. Asked me to lie on my application with my significant other. Harassing my new property management company. I definitely will be reporting this to the BBB.

Three years ago my fiancee and I tried to check out these apartments and talked to a leasing agent here and they said we would be placed on a wait list and that they would get a hold of us when a unit was available. Well it's been three years and they NEVER got ahold of us. They also racially profiled me. This place is useless along with the workers in it.

Love the apartments, and the attached garage. I have family living there and I'm happy they're there, it seems like a good safe home for them.

Nice place, very peaceful, but management is very aggressive towards its residents without valid reason. ZERO reason to be lashing out over spilled milk.
