I'm seriously dumbfounded by the negative reviews. My experience has been quite the opposite. It's a long story but I believe God led me to the property I am renting and to Win Win Realty. They have been pivotal in keeping a roof over mine and my son's head. We had 30 days to locate, fund and move into a new house. I was terrified and then I met Nikki and the team and she was just so damn kind. I can't explain how amazing it feels to be so scared and worried and then have a stranger show up and say we got you. Thank you eternally. I wish I could give them a billion stars. God bless.
Seemed great at first but... not sure if it's the landlord or the management company but the walls were left with holes unfilled and some filled but unpainted. There's also mismatched paint all over. Closer inspection of the lease agreement states house was freshly painted. So they are definitely snakes. Luckily I took pics and will seek legal counsel when they try something. Oh, and they charge a $2.50 fee to pay rent through their own app. Cannot recommend
DO NOT RENT. Will have to fight for any repair. Even upon move in I had to fight for 2 months to get literal holes in walls to the outside repaired. Bathroom toilet was broken for 6 months and drawers and weather stripping broken. They will tell you to fix it and want you to pay for it. Worst costumer service and attitude. Take photos of every bit of damage you encounter if you currently live in one of their property's and report/warn others. Edit:I have been a tenant currently living at 950 seven hills. As I have been for over a year now. But customer service and common courtesy does not exist. Instead they attempt to shame you. Top marks guys. I have attached proof of my residency below. A photo with my son who didn't have a working toilet for the first year of residency in his bathroom
I rented with them through Zillow, but after I received the application and completed the tour, there was no feedback. A week later, the house was sold, not rented. They are very unprofessional. Do not contact them at all.
I submitted an application to rent a house through Zillow, but the house was recorded as sold a week later. Please I hope other people don't get fooled by this company.
