We’ve been trying to contact the office for quite a while now. Rented an apartment from him and had no issues, but when we moved out he didn’t cover his own electric bill and has been unresponsive to talk about it. He got the bill and what was owed from the electric company, 340$, and some of which was his tenants. We were asked not to speak to them and it would be taken care of because we moved out early and even paid for that time too. Expect to pay for everyone else if you rent from them.
