I would not recommend living here. The office manager was initially very nice and then when I had ended my lease she became very difficult to work with. They charge a very high “move in fee” that you will NEVER see again. Read the fine print, only $99 will be refunded if there are no issue and even then it takes months for that to happen they will try to charge you for anything. Lots of odd people living in the area and feels rather unsafe at night.

I can’t say enough great things about my apartment complex — especially with the amazing new management in place! Since Carlie took over, everything has improved so much. Her communication is outstanding, and she truly cares about the residents and the property. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally. It’s such a relief to have a manager who’s not only approachable but also truly invested in making this a great place to live. Huge shoutout to Carlie — she’s made this feel like home more than ever!

These are very nice/clean apartments. I feel safe living here after coming from a bigger city. Carlie, the manager, did an outstanding job with communication through the entire process. She was responsive, and made everything very easy to understand. It really made a difference and it shows she cares about the place. I would highly recommend living here!

I love it here! My past residence sold my rental out from under me. Carlie helped me out, getting me in an apartment fast. They have great communication and were super helpful in a stressful time. She was so very sweet and understanding with what I was going through. These apartments are so beautiful and great location, super close to Walmart, the pool is so nice. Highly recommend!
