Wimbledon Court Apartments

I Love this area, the Manager, the maintenance the other residents, have been so kind, it’s like a small neighborhood. We have not lived here long, but so grateful we found this apartment. K.Black

Lived here for 2 years and never had any problems. Maintenance was always quick to respond even to little issues. Never had roaches. The pool wasn’t usually crowded. It’s nice that it’s a gated community. The only thing that could be bad was it’s a little loud when your sleeping because you’re right off Cooper but that never bothered me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Good prices!

I've been living at Wimbledon Court for about three years. I'm only moving out in September because I needed a location within walking distance of the college I'm attending. In that three years, my rent has only gone up a total of about $20/month, and my current rates are still extremely fair and affordable. After this point, I'll be dividing my review into several categories: Management & Maintenance: Overall, I've been extremely happy with management and maintenance here. Marilee, the current property manager, has always been more than helpful for me. Don, our maintenance guy, is the best! He's always prompt and knows his stuff.
