This is my first apartment I’ve rented on my own and Nina and Jacob have been amazing at guiding me through this process and helping to accommodate my needs. Ilia has also been lovely at helping to make sure my needs are met as far as pricing and availability goes. Thank you so much and I’m excited to be apart of this community!

These brand-new apartments are nearly ready for their first residents! They offer all the features of a high-end home, complemented by the amenities of a luxury community. I would highly recommend anyone in the market reach out to the leasing team for additional details.

I'm new to the complex. My first maintenance call was due to not having hot water flow at the bathroom vanity. I thought it strange, because everything is new. I placed a maintenance request. Nathan arrived during the time I requested and was able to clear the problem right away. He greeted me with a smile and promptly went to work. He repaired the problem within 15 minutes and did not make a mess. Thank you.

I recently toured The Wilton Apartments and had such a positive experience. Nina and Ilia were incredibly kind and they made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The property was spotless. The Wilton has both a beautiful community and an amazing team behind it.

Maintenance was incredibly quick to resolve my AC panel issue! Nathaniel from the Wilton Palm Coast maintenance team arrived right away, fixed the problem efficiently, and took the time to explain why it happened in the first place. Truly appreciate the professionalism and great service!
